HB 4
HB 3 & SB 2
SB 13
HB 4 takes accountability assessments away from the SBOE and gives control to the Commissioner of Education. In effect, this means the agency that designs the tests, administers the tests, and scores the tests is given a monopoly on power, which leads to conflicts of interest.

Tell your representative to vote NO on HB 4.
HB 3 and SB 2 are school choice bills. I am against regulated school choice, as the government has no right to regulate our private school choices nor subsidize them. Separation of government access to private and public schools ensures there is not a conflict of interest and centralized control.

Tell your representative to vote NO on HB 3 & SB 2.
SB13 does not establish a clear consensus on restricting explicit books in school libraries leaving the door open for continued controversy over what is deemed acceptable for students.
